The 40 Under Forty award honors accomplished leaders between ages 21 and 40 who are not only leaving a significant mark on their workplaces, but across the Triad region through local nonprofits and civic causes. Dillon has spearheaded multiple nonprofit initiatives based on her observations of voids in her community, including founding a youth ministry, organizing a one-day music-fest fundraiser for a young quadriplegic who needed reliable transportation, and leading supply-donation efforts for SFW and her community for the West Virginia relief fund. Within SFW, Dillon has quickly risen through the ranks, overseeing key accounts and serving as a mentor to numerous employees.
A North Carolina native, Dillon has worked in the marketing industry for almost nine years, with experience in retail, banking, industrial goods and education in both B2B and B2C markets. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in journalism and mass communication. Dillon lives in Madison, NC with her husband and son.
